The Ria Formosa Natural Park spreads out through 60km of coast line in the beautiful Algarvian Eastern Coast from Cacela Velha to Faro. Full of enigmatic little places it is well worth exploring over the waters.
We offer you the possibility of doing exactly so in a SUP board from Cabanas to Tavira to Cacela Velha or from Cacela Velha to Cabanas de Tavira.
If you already have previous experience in paddleboarding we will explain you the rules that you should go by to be safe in the water and than you can enjoy a beautiful tour out of the crowd in the Algarve, even in August.

It’s always a good choice to bring along hat, sunscreen and water. Also bring shorts, and a t-shirt or lycra (we sell them at our shop in Cabanas de Tavira in case you want to take home a very handy souvenir). We will lend you a waterproof bag to carry some picnic snacks if you decide to go for that.
